Position Overview:
The Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across departments. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate events or conferences.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Support to Management: Assist senior executives with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and presentations.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive impression of the organization.
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external events, handling logistics and arrangements.
Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
