Looking for an Admin Manager
Location: Thane
Managing Housekeeping and Pantry (supporting) Staff on site.
Develop and maintain a filing system and keep track and record of each major work.
Coordinating with marketing team for the materials including brochures, Bags. OPP Doc online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand and communicate with Marketing Departmen Requistion and maintain all order like Pantry Material, Housekeeping Material. Stationary, Drinking Water with the respective Vendors on time at site.
Managing Secunty, Bouncer. Valet Parking person on site as required (Saturday, Sunday and on public Holiday). Provide and maintain record of material like Sim, mobile phone, other to telecaller and staff. Monitoring deadlines
and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary like Woodpacker, other Vendor for Material. Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area.
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly admin reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings in Admin Releated Work
Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry wien arranged by HR. Arrangment of Transporation at office to take Customer to on site back to the Sales office and Maintain Proper Record of it.
Maintain and control Hygine and Cleaning at Office by coordination with Supporting Staff
Coordinationg with HK Operation Manager for their Attendence, Uniform,Salary etc. (As Per Requinment)
Trying Maintain the Minimum TAT (Tum Around Time) to accomplish the work. (Maintainance, Repair, other work)
Maintain Official Car Maintainance, Fuel Refilling, Serviccing, PUC, Insurance up to date
