Sal upto 50k

Location: Andheri East and MiraRoad

Andheri East- Alt Sat & All Sundays off

Miraroad: Any 1 day rotational off in a week

Dress code during interview : Business Formals (Shirt, Trouser, Shoes and Blazer)

Excellent communication skills and Presentable,well groomed Female

Overview:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to manage daily operations at the reception and ensure a seamless experience for all clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Address inquiries about memberships, services, and café offerings.

2. Team Management:

• Oversee front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

• Ensure the team delivers consistent and excellent service.

3. Operations Management:

• Manage daily operations at the reception, including check-ins, bookings, and payments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

• Ensure proper handling of customer feedback and complaints.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, customer service, or business management.

• 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ensure proper handling of customer feedback and complaints.

5. Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of memberships, appointments, and payments.

• Prepare regular reports for management on front desk performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, customer service, or business management.

• 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
