Key Responsibilities:

  2. Outbound Outreach:
    • Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Craft personalized messages to initiate conversations and build relationships.
  3. Pipeline Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Track and manage all lead-related activities in CRM tools.
  4. Collaboration with Sales Teams:
    • Work closely with sales teams to transition qualified leads.
    • Assist in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  5. Campaign Development:
    • Support the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns.
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  6. Networking:
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build connections.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of min 2 years in staff Augmentation, lead generation, preferably in IT services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
