Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of IT services.
- Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and qualify leads.
- Outbound Outreach:
- Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Craft personalized messages to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Track and manage all lead-related activities in CRM tools.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with sales teams to transition qualified leads.
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Campaign Development:
- Support the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build connections.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of min 2 years in staff Augmentation, lead generation, preferably in IT services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
