Primary Competency
1. The developer is expected to have a good understanding of SDLC Processes.
2. Should have clarity of micro-services & monolithic architectures.
3. Should have clarity of limitations and trade-offs between the microservices architectures.
4. The developer is expected to analyze, design, and coordinate the development of various technical solutions
along with senior team members.
5. Collaborate with remote teams for development & testing.
6. Good Understanding of Design Patterns and design principles (SOLID, Gang of Four, TOGAF, etc)
7. Is expected to follow UML design, and develop new code & legacy code for improvements thereafter.
8. Test Driven Development of assigned modules.
9. Partake in writing unit test cases
10. Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating technical implementation requirements &
statuses to appropriate team members in the given timeframe.
Requirements
1. Knowledge of using Java / Javascript
2. Good Understanding of J2EE, MVC Architecture, Spring boot, Hibernate, and Spring Frameworks
3. Understanding of Restful Web Services
4. Understanding of RDBMS like Oracle / MySQL or None relational database like MongoDB
5. Good understanding of data structures.
