Sales/ Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a sales manager who can look into modern retail and ecommerce.

Basic JD as follows:

• Candidate should be having at least 3 years of experience in modern retail and 2 years in ecommerce.
• Should have preferably worked in the toys industry.
• Should be a go getter, pro active attitude and ready to take on numbers and targets. Pleasant personality with good communication/social skills required within a professional setup.
• Should be prepared for a structure which is a combo of fixed salary + target based incentives.
• Should be willing to travel domestic for customer meetings.
• Should be very well a sales oriented person ,the company will not train him for adopting a sales mind set.
• We can offer a salary of 75k approx. in total. Can be flexible if the candidate is deserving.
• Should be at least a graduate and fluent English speaking.
• Should be very well aware of timelines in order to meet targets. Should have the maturity to understand that sales drives everything.
• Should be computer savvy.
• Preferably living with family.
