Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive/Sr. Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Maintain a talent pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
